Frank Gutowski brings over thirty years of experience in IT Operations and Infrastructure Consulting to the Rescue Your Project team. He specializes in IT cost containment, project portfolio management and costing, and Vendor Management. Frank’s unique talents ensure project and IT portfolio cost containment and drive initiatives that help lower client’s overall cost of IT, while aligning client business goals with IT service operations for clients such as the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the City of New Orleans Emergency Management, and Sovereign Bank.

Gene Murphy

Gene Murphy is a PMP Certified Project Management Professional with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale strategic IT initiatives. Gene is dynamic, business-focused, agile and results-oriented with significant experience in utilizing IT as a catalyst to improve business operations and maximize profitability. He has demonstrated expertise in team building and collaboration with business stakeholders to perform detailed strategic planning, communication and successful execution and "turn around" of Strategic IT initiatives. Gene is certified in Project Management, Six Sigma Lean (White Belt) and Total Quality Management. Gene has expertise with large-scale Commercial and Public Sector accounts, including BASF, DOW Chemical, SAP, New York City Transit, City of Charlotte, City of Philadelphia and the United States Government.

Dave Demase is a CISSP-certified IT Network and Security Consultant. He has twenty-five years of experience, specializing in network and security infrastructure in a wide variety of client environments and vertical markets. Dave helps clients raise the bar for IT Security and Network performance by bringing a fresh, objective and methodical approach to meeting their requirements- bridging the gap between industry standards and business reality. He has helped many mid-size and large clients establish a new foundation that enables business improvement.
